Benjamin Hughes is an actor and musician from Edinburgh currently based in London. Having trained at East 15 drama school Benjamin made his debut in Locked In at the Edinburgh fringe in 2022 as well as featuring in BBC iPlayer’s Dog Days.

Most recently Benjamin has featured in Art a short film by production company Tadpole pictures. A multi-instrumentalist Benjamin is proficient on the guitar, mandolin, bass and harmonica as well as being a professional singer.

Ben has played the solo scene for a few years in London playing the Good Ship in Kilburn and the Cavendish arms in Stockwell. Recently Ben has been picked up by the production company Rooms101 and is now represented by manager Mark Tunstall. Ben's Debut single ‘Seed That Bleeds’ has just released on Spotify with album ‘Shoulders like mine’ coming out summer 2024. His intimate vocals and blues styling are reminiscent of 70s Folk Rock with a contemporary twist.
